1. What is Intuitive Coaching?

At Intuitive Coaching, I help businesses and people grow through meaningful, transformative work, creating workplaces where both the organization and its people can truly thrive. My work blends HR consultancy, individual coaching, and employee well-being initiatives to build stronger, more engaged teams and a more productive, harmonious corporate culture. 2. What are the objectives of Intuitive Coaching?

Intuitive Coaching's goal is to create a framework within businesses that allows for both the business and the employee base to thrive. Well-being organizations make decisions differently, and their deliverables make positive impacts for the bottom line as it develops a corporate culture of trust, inclusivity and meaningful leadership that leads to growth and success.

I’ve seen firsthand how organizations transform when they prioritize their people. When employees feel supported, they become more productive, motivated, and committed to the company’s success. That’s the kind of impact I strive for every day.

3. What services do you offer?

Intuitive Coaching provides HR consulting, individual coaching and executive coaching services that are tailored to the specific needs of each organization I work with. Depending on the business, I offer many unique services which can range from vision boarding, wellness retreats, guided meditations, journaling, holistic and wellness practices and initiatives.

 

Each engagement is different because no two businesses are the same. I take a hands-on, personalized approach to every client, working alongside them to uncover challenges, find solutions, and create a workplace that truly works for everyone across various industries from startups to multinational corporations and government entities.

4. What is your story - how did it all begin?

After spending over 20 years in human resources, I reached a point where I knew I wanted to do things differently. I had seen what worked—and what didn’t—when it came to building strong teams, developing leadership, and creating a positive workplace culture. I wanted to create a service that focused on the human side of business while still delivering real, measurable results.

 

I wanted to redefine the way businesses approach HR matters and how employees view HR. Having seen firsthand the impact of effective people management, I wanted to create a consultancy that prioritized both business performance and employee fulfilment.

5. How has Intuitive Coaching grown?

 I have built a strong and diverse clientele over the past five years. Through determination, trust in my approach, and a willingness to build relationships, I’ve grown Intuitive Coaching into a respected consultancy serving a wide range of businesses, including: Business focuses range from financial and banking institutions, regulatory services, preschools, salon providers, wellness studio's, pageant franchises, telecommunications, utilities services, restaurants, therapy & education providers, art galleries, hotels and government agencies (including WORC’s Ready to Work Program).

6. What sets Intuitive Coaching apart from similar coaching businesses?

I think what sets Intuitive Coaching apart is that my objectives are always on combining both corporate needs and wellness practices. Neither take precedence because both are critical. I work to create environments where employees don’t just survive—they thrive. My work goes beyond processes and checklists—it's about building trust, fostering real connections, and creating cultures where people feel valued and engaged, enabling businesses to perform at their highest potential.

Every business is unique, and I take the time to understand their challenges, strengths, and goals so that we can build something that truly works for everyone.

7. How can Intuitive Coaching help businesses?

My advice to any business looking for support in any form is to simply reach out. I love to navigate with a business or individual, to see what the problems are and how we can best resolve them. The most creative concepts don't come particularly from off the shelf products, but rather from having conversations, listening, engaging in creative thinking and through collaboration!
